GRAPHIC DESIGN

I have been an artist, maintenance person and model maker for Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Working on maintaining the scenery and Roller-coaster cars.

Moving on to work for Quarry Fold Studios to design and create digital imagery. Mainly working remotely for Liseberg across the seas in Sweden.

Currently I'm based at the Blackpool illuminations, working for their installation team. As well as, borrowing my artistic and fibre glassing skills to work on large scale, illuminated artistic projects.

Hi, my name is Beth. I have worked across multiple areas of the theming industry.

I have a passion for art and a love for 3D, brining large scenic art pieces to life. I have a wide skill set and range of experience.

My Skills

For production I'm experienced using power tools, air tools and hand tools. As well as firbreglassing, mould making and preparation work. I have knowledge of gloss, water based and UV paints. Concept design, research and scenic painting.

As a graphic designer I am confident using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. As well as gathering research, making mood boards and doing quick sketches. I have worked on exhibitions, wayfinding signage and even prints to theme arcade games.
